Zideo is an advanced video-based website which also runs like a web-app for mobile devices. It is an online community for trading - auctions, buy now, product watch-lists and peer feedback systems are in operation. It was built using Drupal 7 to specific requirements and is an excellent example of Agile development applied to an ambitious start-up concept. The technology stack includes several additional servers for video processing and optimisation, caching and performance enhancements.
