The architecture behind the platform was well-established, but needed a new UI/UX design to keep up with ever growing demand for their service by many international organisations. Xequals worked closely with HunchBuzz to develop a design strategy that would aid the user experience and encourage interaction by its users. The challenge was to create a front-end template where many different organisations could inject their own brand for their employees to engage with. 

HunchBuzz is an easy-to-use cloud based idea management software that enables organisations to connect and empower their employees and customers. Their four-stage software methodology is designed to capture and incentivise innovation. Challenges can be created to start the discussion, steering discussion around chosen topics. HunchBuzz allows organisations to capture ideas and steer them in productive directions for ongoing development and innovation. Users can comment on ideas to form a discussion, vote ideas up or down, and review ideas based on custom metrics. 

The front-end design has been developed with clear and simple rules of information graphics in mind. As a strategic partner for ongoing UI/UX optimisation, Xequals continues to work with HunchBuzz to help it fulfil its potential.
